General

Dooley Dollars may be added to a current meal plan at any time during the academic year. Dooley Dollars can be added in increments of $25. Please go to Housing and Dining Online Services to add Dooley Dollars. Dooley Dollars and meal plans are added to student accounts Monday - Friday.

You must have a current meal plan to add Dooley Dollars.

You can log into the EmoryCard Web Center to get your balance and see all financial transactions.

As part of a campus meal plan, Dooley Dollars may only be used at campus dining locations including food trucks and the farmer's market. Meal swipes are also part of a campus meal plan and provide entry into the all-you–care-to-eat Dobbs Common Table in the Emory Student Center. As well, meal swipes may be conveniently used for meal exchange items at Cox Hall Food Market, White Hall, Ray's at WREC, the Eagle Emporium or the SAAC Café on the Clairmont Campus.

REPORT YOUR LOST CARD IMMEDIATELY, following the information posted on the EmoryCard site. Please contact or visit the EmoryCard office at 404-727-9403 or email emorycard@emory.edu to obtain a new card.

Meal Plans

All students living in university housing must be enrolled in a meal plan. In addition to providing continuous and convenient access to a variety of food choices, communal dining is an important part of the undergraduate experience.

All students enrolled in a meal plan are committed for the entire academic year.

Yes, students may change their meal plan to any plan in which they are eligible during specified meal plan change periods at the beginning of each semester. Only one change can be made each semester. Changes to meal plans are only put on student accounts Monday through Friday.

Students living in themed housing must choose a university meal plan based on their class standing.

Students living off campus may choose any plan offered.

Sorority and Fraternity Life

Fraternity & Sorority members living in a lodge or designated house are required to enroll in a meal plan. Those with a full fraternity meal plan do not need to enroll another meal plan. Those with a partial fraternity meal plan are required to enroll in a university meal plan based on their class standing.

Fraternity and Sorority members living in university housing must enroll in a campus meal plan. Those living off campus are not required to enroll in a meal plan.

Oxford Connection

Yes, all dining locations on both the Atlanta and Oxford campuses accept Oxford Dollars and Dooley Dollars.

Special Dietary Needs and Menus

There are many dining options for those with special dietary needs. Please see information on the Nutrition page to assist in answering questions and concerns.

We offer Kosher meals in the Dobbs Common Table in the Emory Student Center Sunday through Thursday for lunch and dinner and lunch on Fridays. Shabbat Meals are served at the Marcus Hillel Center at Emory. We offer Halal meat at the Dobbs Common Table in the

Emory Student Center and have a wide variety of Vegan/Vegetarian options available. We also offer Kosher and Halal grab and go options at the following locations:

· Cox Hall Food Market

· Banjo Coffee and Tea at Woodruff Library

· White Hall

· SAAC Café

· The Eagle Emporium

· Rollins Café at the Grace Crum Rollins Building

Vegetarians and Vegans have a variety of options across campus. Contact the Emory Dining office with any further questions.

Yes. We have a dedicated “Avoiding Gluten” station at the Dobbs Common Table in the Emory Student Center.
